Panasonic kxtg4500b multiline system

HPC Bolingbrook call volume and patient base has increased a lot in the past two years, The one telephone line through Vonage and the fax line for outgoing phones is proving to be inadequate.

We have brought back the Vonage telephone line into AT&T as well as added another line to the office. We needed them to be in the hunting mode. So one line if it is busy will ring on the other line eventhough the same primary line is being called.

The AT&T Folks took almost 3 weeks to port the number on top of that they have not done the hunting so now I spent another 3 to 4 complete hours hunting through multiple departments, multiple numbers, dozens of times entering the identification and repeating it to the CSR after they pickup the call that gets automatically screened through their hellish voice prompts.

To top it all AT&T people have no clue which department has to recieve a call and how it needs to he handled. The customers have to figure it out for themselves and hunt and peck through dozen phone numbers all the while remaining cool so we do not piss someone off lest they give you the voice menu hell. Believe me you will lose hundreds of dollars waiting wading through the murky depths of the voice mail hell. I do not know about hell but if this is a sample I've had enough.

Anyway finally we are hooking up a Panasonic KXT-G4500B phone system that I brought couple years back with

KX-TGA450B handset.

I have read reports on Amazon and other places that the phone handsets are not very good, and that they have some static etc. I am not so sure and am ordering an additional handset from Fry's to try out the multiline hunting etc.

Will update shortly on additional feedback...

I finally had time to inquire about the Panasonic Phone System, I heard the cordless phones do not work, the people on the other line cannot hear at all. The corded handset is ok, but the cordless phones do not work at all. I am on the hunt for buying another system that works. I was keeping my fingers crossed that this model will solve the problem. I am completely wrong.

Not have to return the Handset and put the money in buying another phone.

Added lines 16303784480 16303784495 in hunting group.
