Remembering Old Incident

We were getting calls but after 10 seconds of ringing it usually goes out to the answering service.

Problem: We had the calls getting forwarded to a wrong number. The patients could not reach out to the doctor as the calls were not getting picked up by the answering service at the end of the day.

Situation: After 10 seconds the call is going to the answering service, but the answering service number is not correct so we are in trouble due to non working number.

Root Cause: The number or call forwarding is enabled end of every day and disabled at the beginning of each day. During this time one does this there is a chance of entering the wrong forwarding to number and end up having a non working offince number. Since this has happened the remediation should ...

Remediation: After every day change on callforwarding make sure that the call forwarded to number is checked and verified before leaving the office.
